Since Linda opened the doors of Studio Mills 10 years ago the one thing that has remained and stood the test of time is the yoga. Yoga heals and Linda knows this is why people keep coming back for more! Over the years Linda became a Weight Watchers instructor and held sessions, became certified in Zumba and offered classes, hosted a monthly market with food, plants, art, reiki healing, astrology readings and more, music concerts, hosted belly dancing classes, kirtan yoga, drumming sessions, led sacred circle dancing, workshops of all kinds including Finding Your Passion, The Painting Journal, acupressure, yoga workshops, kids yoga, teacher trainings and much more.

Linda and her partner, Brian, are exploring the possibility of leading yoga teacher training, and additional workshops that enable folks to explore and nurture their soul gifts. If the community were to support it we would offer additional classes. For now the weekly yoga schedule is: Mon. Wed. Sat. 9-10:15 am, Mon 6-7:15 pm and Tues. and Wed. 6:30-7:45 p.m. Your first visit is complimentary. We’d love to see you for this healing practice of yoga.

The 2nd Spring Yoga Retreat in April was a wonderful success and we believe that hearts were open, and that was the intention of this spring's retreat. The Friday Funshops, Yoga, Tom Shinness, restorative Aromatherapy Yoga and other goodies Saturday and a heart-opening Sunday had as many as 30 attending. And, oh, the tie-dyes that were made!

Anna (Instructor, Wednesday Flow 6:30pm) wants to know of your interest in another Tai Chi for Arthritis series, whether you are plagued with it or not. Join her as she brings back this refreshing knowledge of Tai Chi.
Dawn, a Reiki Master, is offering chakra clearings, reiki, and energetic manifesting/shifting sessions at Studio Mills by appointment only. These sessions last approximately 60 minutes and are offered in exchange for a love offering. Liken these sessions to a massage for your energetic body. Clearing cloudy energy and infusing you with the energy of your own intentions. Dawn takes great care to clear you, herself and the space where this work is done prior to the appointment to ensure that only love and light enter.

What is CIRCLE DANCING?
Circle dancing offers traditional dances from around the world (Greece, Israel, Scotland, Russia, France, North and South America, etc.) along with newly choreographed dances to a variety of world music. Dances range from slow and meditative to quite lively. No partner, dance experience, or special skills of any kind are needed. Each dance is taught just before it is done. Beginners are always welcome. Circle Dance is a means for relaxation, joy, growth, awareness and healing. Also known as Sacred Dance or World Dance, it was birthed at Findhorn, a spiritual community in Scotland.
