Originally released as Episode 35 on June 8, 2021, this is an edited shorter version for radio play. It’s Day 3 of the Post Covid Outdoor Concert series! The New Days Festival features some of the great rock gigs of the 60s & 70s, some live on our imaginary stage and some off LPs. But it’s a great celebration of the live concert we attended back then. No, I’m not stuck in that time but I sure haven’t been to anything greater than an outdoor concert with other peaceful music-loving people who don’t talk through the whole show. Dual stages, a festival atmosphere and lots of good vibes. Its another killer show today with Mark Farner and Grand Funk Railroad, Loggins and Messina and The Rolling Stones.
